We’re pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping on all hat orders.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Merritt Sport only ships domestically in The United States. We hope to soon offer you international shipping.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Note that Merritt Sport cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

All orders are dispatched with ‘No Signature Required’ and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company. Merritt Sport is not responsible for any loss or liability or damage that may result from leaving your package at the shipping address without a signature.

RETURNS

Purchased products are eligible for return for a full refund within 15 days from the date that the product was delivered to you.

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. It's a flat rate of $8.00 for return delivery and this amount will be deducted from your refund total.

Your products must be returned in new and unworn condition with the original packaging and any tags and protective coverings in place.

Any returned products which are worn, used, washed, damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Merritt Sport. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.

For all orders, any shipping charges are non-refundable.
